No, this only applies to damaged items. In other circumstances, the return costs are for your own account. Are you sending the entire order back? Then your entire order including shipping costs will be credited.
The costs may vary per product and depend on the weight and size. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier.
You have 30 days to return your product/order after receipt.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the digital return form. We will then refund the order amount due withing 14 days of receiving your return, provided that the products has already been returned in good order.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exhange an item. If you would like to receive a different item, you must return the relevant item within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
This is possible. Because it concerns an online order, your money will be credited via the webshop.
