No, this only applies to damaged items. In other circumstances, the return costs are for your own account. Are you sending the entire order back? Then your entire order including shipping costs will be credited.

You have 30 days to return your product/order after receipt.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us at  contact@milatonie.com or use the digital return form. We will then refund the order amount due withing 14 days of receiving your return, provided that the products has already been returned in good order.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exhange an item. If you would like to receive a different item, you must return the relevant item within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.

You may open the packaging of the bedspread to assess the product. However, we kindly request that you do not fully spread or place the bedspread on the bed before deciding whether to keep it. This helps us ensure the hygiene and quality of our products.

Return conditions
If you decide that the bedspread is not to your liking, you may return it, provided that:

  • The bedspread has not been placed on a bed or fully spread out;
  • The product remains in the condition in which you received it, with no signs of usage;
  • The original packaging and labels are intact;
  • Our packaging is specifically designed to allow for a quick evaluation without the need to fully unpack the product.

  • Direct contact: Bedspreads come into direct contact with other bedding and the user, which involves a personal hygiene factor.

  • Risk of contamination: There is a risk of bedding becoming contaminated with skin cells, hair, bodily fluids, or dust mites, rendering it unsuitable for return after use.
