Shipment and delivery

We do our very best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship order placed on business days before 3 PM on the same day.

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. All information can be found in the table. Is your country not listed or should you have any other questions? Do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

*The estimated delivery time is an estimate, it is possible that it may differ. If you package is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Large items (special transport) are delivered in the Netherlands with DHL. Customers receive a track & trace code, which includes the delivery date and time slot (08:00-18:00). No telephone appointment is made for the delivery.

For international deliveries, Rhenus is used. They contact the customer by phone in advance to arrange the delivery.
