The tea we are referring to is called Butterfly Pea Flower tea. Perhaps you have heard of it before, but most likely seen it. It is a natural tea made from nothing but a few dried flowers and a splash of lemon juice. The Butterfly Pea flowers will quickly give a deep blue color to your tea and about 4 to 6 flowers (6 is quite strong!) for a large mug of tea is sufficient. We recommend serving this tea in a glass, such as one of the beautiful tea glasses from Clayre & Eef available in our webshop. When the Butterfly Pea Tea is steeped, it is blue in color.
